We are skilled in getting jobs done quickly, affordably and with amazing style. This could be a full rehab to put the asset back on the market at the highest value possible, boarding up windows or replacing missing water lines. Whatever the client needs, we are able to get bids done quickly, at a fair price and complete the approved work when needed.
Rental Rehabs
One area where Rubix Construction really shines, is in having the ability to get out to jobs quickly and start jobs immediately. We deal with numerous owners of rental properties and are able to assist them in getting their properties back to rental condition and passed occupancy inspection quickly. The conditions of these properties vary from fire damaged to just touch up paint and cleaning. No matter how big or little we are able to complete them quickly.
